BMW Fuel Pump Failure – Class Action Investigation

Goldman Scarlato & Penny is currently investigating a potential class action lawsuit for premature fuel pump failure in certain BMW diesel vehicles. BMW diesel owners have reported engine stalling while driving caused by a failure of the high-pressure fuel pump. Certain BMW models may contain a defective high-pressure fuel pump. The alleged defect can lead to safety issues and costly repairs. Unfortunately, BMW often declines to repair and/or replace the defective fuel pumps under warranty. As a result, current and former owners and lessees may be forced to pay for such repairs out-of-pocket.
